Inner Seasons: Embodying Your Cyclical Nature
In this two-hour workshop with Rebecca Rankin, we’ll explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how they mirror the seasons of nature and the phases of the moon. Join us for Reiki Reset, a deeply nourishing workshop designed to support rest, release, and energetic realignment. Through restorative yoga, guided meditation, and Reiki energy healing, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore your inner balance.
We’ll begin with an opening circle and grounding meditation to help you land in the space. Bring any percussion instrument you have—drums, homemade shakers, tambourines or even pots and pans! You can also borrow our percussion sticks. HANDS-ON ASSIST WORKSHOP
Join Naomi for an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to help yoga teachers refine their assist techniques and elevate the student experience. This session will guide you through different types of hands-on assists, when to apply them, and how to connect with students while ensuring their safety. Earning you 2 CEUs, the workshop will cover key areas such as therapeutic, opening, stabilizing and positioning assists, as well as verbal cues, centering and building trust with students.
Participants will be able to practice giving assists in a group setting, receiving personalized feedback from Naomi and fellow practitioners.

5:30 PM: Welcome and Intention-Setting. In this opening ceremony, Julie will guide you through setting personal intentions for the weekend and share beginning rounds of juice together. (Location: beach or outdoor patio)
7:30-9:00 PM: Deep Yin Yoga Practice, focusing on balancing the first three chakras. This practice is designed to ground and center your energy, helping you connect to your inner self. (Location: Studio 2)
Saturday, May 10: Detox & Renewal
8:30 AM: Start your day with morning tea and freshly pressed juices from Edson Farms. (Location: Fireside Room)
9:30 AM: Guided Meditation on the outdoor patio or beachside. Let the natural surroundings guide your practice and deepen your connection to your intentions.
