Join mobility specialist Becky Kalajian and reclaim ease and freedom in your movement with this focused four-part “Pain-Free” series. Each 60-minute session targets a key area of the body—neck and back, shoulders, hips, and knees/ankles/feet—combining myofascial release, strength, stretch, and stability techniques to improve function and reduce pain. Through physical therapy-based movement and recovery strategies, you’ll learn how to release restrictions, strengthen support muscles, and enhance your body’s natural range of motion. Perfect for all levels, this series is ideal for anyone seeking to move better, feel better, and stay active for life.

Bring a yoga mat and water, plus notepad and pen to take notes if desired. We highly recommend ordering the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Clair Davies and Amber Davies. Participants in this workshop will receive a myofacial release ball, plus a travel-sized sample of China Gel for pain relief.
