Join Becky for a sensory journey designed to deeply release tight hips/low back. You will be led through restorative hip openers—unburdening the emotional "junk drawer" of the body—while being bathed in the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other attunement instruments.
Your deepest tension will release as fascial hydration and movement relaxes the body from inside out. By stimulating the vagus nerve, this practice helps transition your body from "fight or flight" into a restorative parasympathetic state. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and completely recalibrated after this total nervous system reset.
All props will be provided for you. Please bring a yoga mat, sleep mask and water if desired.
