Join Becky for a special experience under the radiant blue moon supermoon at The Secret Garden at Brys Estate. Sound baths feature glass singing bowls, which produce healing sound waves for deep relaxation. This calming session includes some gentle movement and restorative yoga. The star of the evening, however, is the rising moon, which is expected to be the closest, biggest and brightest supermoon of 2024.
All students attending the supermoon sound bath will receive a complimentary mini lavender essential oil from The Secret Garden at Brys Estate. Come treat yourself to nature’s sights, sounds and scents!
Plan on arriving 15 minutes before class begins. The Secret Garden shop will be open at 6:30pm for a special shopping event. Participants receive 10% off all purchases. Bring your own mat, water and wear layers.
