This heated class blends yoga-inspired movement, Pilates-based core strength, and low-impact HIIT for a full-body workout designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Each class offers modifications for all levels (yes, beginners too!) so you can move at your own pace. Come ready to sweat and leave feeling strong, centered, and energized.

Bring a yoga mat and water. This class does not require shoes.
