Saturdays: 8 am – 6 pm

Sundays: 8 am – 5 pm

Fridays –4:30-7 pm

8:00-10:00 – Techniques, Training, and Practice

10:00-10:15 – break

10:15- 11:45 – Functional Anatomy/Energetic Anatomy/Asana Lab

11:45- 12:30 – Lunch

12:30-1:00 – Techniques/Training/Practice

1:00 – 2:30 – Philosophy

2:30-4:00- Practicum

4:00-4:15 – break

4:15-5:45 – will vary weekend to the weekend: techniques/training/lifestyle/ethics; practicum; energetic anatomy

5:45 – 6:00 pm – closing circle
