Katie is NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is an 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, TRX Qualified Instructor, Certified Brain Injury Specialist & Pre/PostNatal Fitness Instructor. Katie has been training since 2010 and teaching group classes since 2012.
Her philosophy for fitness is simple; to train for the lives we live, you should enjoy the activities you do so you will continue to be active. Consistency and commitment are some of the most difficult factors in achieving a healthy lifestyle. If you genuinely enjoy your fitness and can keep with it through support, motivation and hard work, you can reach your goals.
Continually seeing progress and true gratitude from her students is what inspires Katie the most. The human body is such an amazing gift we have all been given, and it does not matter the point we are in our lives, we can always improve and strive to live our lives to the fullest. Katie is inspired by dedication, dreams, success, and seeing the faces of people who are amazed at what they can do when they never thought they could accomplish it.
