Chelsi Soper | Yoga Substitute
Chelsi Soper began practicing yoga in 2012 in hopes to turn to a new, positive direction in life. She is convinced yoga “works” for its ability to clear the mental screen and provide a deep connection to something bigger than the self, providing a purpose for life. Chelsi is passionate about making her contribution to the greater good of society through sharing the life-transforming gift of yoga, mentally, physically and spiritually. Chelsi loves being outdoors, practicing yoga by the water, boating and walking in the woods to feel the Earth under her feet. Chelsi studied for her RYT-200 under Jenny Lintvedt, ERYT 500, at Yen Yoga and Fitness.
