Classes are $35 each and YYF Members save 15%. Registration opens 8 days in advance.
Enjoy the water, waves, and wonderment as your Paddleboard skills improve and your fitness is taken to a new level with Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga with Yen Yoga & Fitness. Find your balance in the open water through mind & body meditation, breathing techniques, and asanas (physical postures).
You can feel confident that you will get the most out of your SUP with YYF, knowing our team has been certified and trained specifically in SUP and SUP Yoga.
